Would you like to register as a volunteer for the festival setup and/or the festival itself? Then you've come to the right place.
To properly welcome our precious audience of over 25,000 people, we rely on many helping hands. Many of you return each year for the family atmosphere, the great encounters, and the chance to help shape the DNA of Couleur Café.

How do I register as a volunteer during the festival?

Registration is done via Eventication.
If you’re already part of the family and have an Eventication account, log in and register for Couleur Café 2025! Need a quick reminder? Check out the tutorial starting at minute 0:54.

Steps to follow :
STEP 1
Create your profile on Eventication and confirm your account via the link you receive in your email.
STEP 2
You’re almost there!
Go to Eventication and register for Couleur Café 2025 by clicking on the logo and then on “I’m applying.”
- Complete your personal information.
- Check the festival dates.
- Choose the area where you want to work. You can also select a second choice in case your first choice isn’t available. You can rank these choices in order of preference.
- Confirm your choices.
A space is reserved for you to give us some additional information (preferred colleagues/trusted person/motivations…). We’ll do our best to take that into account.
Your application will be confirmed within two hours; confirmation of your participation will follow a few weeks later.

What can I expect as a reward for volunteering?

What is expected of me as a volunteer?
- That you’re available for all three days of the festival.
- That you can attend the briefing on Wednesday or Thursday before the festival. The exact time will be communicated later.
- That you take your role seriously—we rely on the goodwill and commitment of everyone.
What are the tasks I can do?
There are many possibilities, something for everyone.
We’re looking for volunteers for the bar, Safety Crew, VIP, merchandising, entertainment, public reception, children, people with reduced mobility, tattoos, and more…
For more information, we recommend starting your registration through Eventication. After choosing the days, you will see all the areas with task descriptions.
If you can’t find anything that interests you, you can close the window without completing your registration.
How do I register as a volunteer during setup and/or the festival?
From June 20 to 26 and/or June 27 to 29
Sign up as a volunteer through Eventication.

STEP 1
Create your personal profile on Eventication and confirm your account via the link you receive in your email.
STEP 2
Go to Eventication and register for Couleur Café 2025 by clicking on the logo and then on “I’m applying.”
- Complete your personal information.
- Indicate your availability. You can also check the festival dates if you wish to work during it.
- Select the “Volunteers setup” area to work during setup.
- If you also want to work during the festival, select a second area you’d like to work in. On the next page, rank your choices in this order: first choice the work you want to do during the festival, and second choice “Volunteers setup.”
- Confirm your choices.
A space is reserved for you to give us some additional information (preferred colleagues/trusted person/motivations…). We’ll do our best to take that into account.
Your application will be confirmed within two hours; confirmation of your participation will follow a few weeks later.

!! If you also work during the festival, you will receive all the “VOLUNTEERING DURING THE FESTIVAL” rewards listed above.
As you’ll receive access to the festival, you can offer the tickets you win during setup to your friends.
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME?
- That you can come for at least two days during the setup period.
- That you’re punctual. We count on you for the whole day, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the latest. At a human pace, with enough breaks and in a very pleasant atmosphere.
WHAT TASKS WILL I BE DOING?
A lot happens during a setup day.
If you have a preference, you can share it in the text box at the end of your registration.
- Eco-Clean : This team prepares the entire waste management policy to keep the beautiful park looking pristine.
- Infrastructure : This dynamic team takes care of the festival's walls, roof, and furniture.
- Catering : Everyone involved in the festival needs to be fed. If you love cooking, you can lend a hand to the team.
- Decoration : A team of creatives and practical minds who beautify the entire site.
- Variable : There are many other small and large tasks to be done in different teams.
